Rights to work:

Qafiyah Review accepts previously published work, as long as you credit the first publication. Simultaneous submissions are welcomed, but please notify us via email if your piece is accepted elsewhere as soon as possible. The Qafiyah Review asks for first serial rights and non-exclusive archival rights to previously non-published, accepted work, and upon publication, all rights will be reverted back to the author. If you submit your piece somewhere else in the future Qafiyah asks for credit as the first publication. The Qafiyah Review upon acceptance also asks for rights to nominate your work for literary anthologies and contests (such as Best of Net).
